  • how to spot the signs of a cardiac arrest
  • how to manage a cardiac arrest emergency
  • how to perform CPR
  • how to use a defibrillator
  • the difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest

We welcome people of all ages to our training (whether you are 5 or 105) but please note that children and young people under the age of 16 will require a parent/carer present at all times. Our friendly, informative training sessions truly are accessible for all! Our trainers are fully certified to deliver basic lifesaving skills sessions.
